College Coaches Skills Camp
Featuring Jason Miller

Jason Miller is in his third year as pitching coach for Nebraska-Kearney baseball program. He joined the Lopers in the summer of 2008.

A North Platte native, Miller pitched on the 2004 and 2005 UNK teams. Earning Academic All-RMAC (Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference) honors as a senior, he most recently was the pitching coach at Independence C.C. in Kansas.

Loper head coach Damon Day said at the time of his hiring, “When we started to think about bringing a new pitching coach on the staff, Jason was the first one I thought of. He is a great addition to our program, not only as a coach but also as a recruiter.”

In 2008, UNK had the RMAC's lowest team ERA (5.69) with senior Ryan Sheldon repeating as the league's best pitcher.
